An expression of my spiritual breakthrough around rest, using a tea ceremony as a metaphor inviting the audience to find rest for their souls. 

We need to value rest as part of the making of our lives, reflecting the process of creating ceramics - where rest is prevalent throughout the different stages.

The installation displays four sets of teacups in different stages of the creation process, with the final set containing tea.
